A rub that embraces all the elements of a traditional cowboy coffee.  Coarse grains of roasted coffee and chicory root are blended to achieve the best texture and flavor profile that develops a rich and robust crust to any bbq or smoked meat.

Made with organic peppers and garlic that have been slowly fermented for over a year, our sriracha carries the flavor that everyone loves: a rich, caramel sweetness from coconut sugar with a spicy kick from red jalapeno peppers.  Enjoy this sauce on everything from pan fried noodles and ramen to  fried egg avocado toast and buffalo wings.  This sauce will bring a new depth of flavor to any dish!  Don't forget to add it to your cocktail mixer for a spicy margarita or bloody mary!

Our red sauce is more than just a sauce. This can be used as a condiment over your favorite foods from breakfast to midnight snacks, cocktails to small plates, as a binder or marinade for smoked foods and beyond. Try mixing with cream cheese or hummus for a delicious dip or spread over crackers or toast. Heat sauce over med high heat until boiling, remove from heat and slowly swirl in butter until combined.  Toss with wings and enjoy!
